Valor is a business management platform built specifically for sunroom, screen room, enclosure, and home improvement contractors. Who it is for

Valor is designed for small to mid-size home improvement contractors, with a particular focus on companies that install sunrooms, screen enclosures, patio rooms, and similar products. If your business involves a sales process, a construction workflow, field crews, and customer follow-up after installation, Valor covers it.

It works equally well for single-location dealers and multi-location operations with separate brands or divisions. Role-based permissions ensure every team member sees exactly what they need.

• Operations & Production - An active jobs dashboard with five production stages, a complete job workspace covering measurements, design planning, material orders, work orders, and expenses, warehouse inventory tied directly to job costing, weekly crew labor scheduling, a warranty and customer issue queue, job maps with customer references, and a 13-week operations scorecard.
• Office & CRM - One directory for every customer, vendor, and contractor with multi-role records, trades, relationships, and duplicate merge; personal and office-wide task queues linked to jobs and deals; and contractor insurance (COI) tracking with automated renewal reminders.
• Financials & Commissions - Job invoicing with revision history and branded PDFs, accounts receivable with deposit batching and verification, payee payment reconciliation, commission queues with a built-in calculator, and self-service payout ledgers for reps and contractors.
• Team & HR - Weekly timesheets with manager approval routed by real reporting lines, PTO requests with a ledger-based balance model and policy warnings, and PTO policy, rollover, and payout administration.

Built-in product catalog

Valor includes a built-in extrusion product catalog covering Aluminum, Vinyl, and Vinyl-Film system types. Material types, extrusion profiles, available colors, and companion type rules are all managed inside Valor, so your team can find the right profile for any project without leaving the platform.

Integrations

Valor connects with tools many contractors already use. Current integrations include Google Maps for job location display and route planning, and Google Drive for document storage on jobs. Additional integrations are added as the platform grows.
