1. Introduction

Valverax LLC ("Valverax," "we," "us," or "our") operates Valor, a business operations platform designed for home improvement and construction contractors. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you access or use Valor and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account and User Information

When you or your organization registers for Valor or is invited to use the Service, we collect information including your name, email address, phone number, job title, and organizational affiliation. Administrators may also provide billing contact information.

Business Data You Enter

In the course of using Valor, you and your team will enter business records including customer names and contact information, property addresses, job details, proposals, invoices, payment records, and notes. This data is owned by your organization and is processed by us solely to provide the Service to you.

Usage and Technical Information

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, features used, and timestamps. This information helps us monitor performance, diagnose issues, and improve the Service.

Valor Mobile Apps

The Valor apps for iPhone and Android give your organization's staff the same Service on their phones. They send and receive the business data described above over encrypted connections and keep a working copy on the device (for example deal photos and the window designs drawn on them) so the app can be used with a weak signal. Photos you take or choose in the app are uploaded to your organization's Valor account and its connected Google Drive. To deliver notifications, the app registers a push notification token with Apple Push Notification service or Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging; we use that token only to send you Valor notifications. The apps do not read your location, your contacts, or the phone's own text messages, and contain no advertising or third-party analytics. Signing out removes your session from the device.

Communications

If you contact us by email, phone, or through the Service, we retain records of those communications to respond to your requests and improve our support.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Create and manage your account
• Authenticate users and enforce access controls
• Process transactions and send related notices such as invoices and payment confirmations
• Send operational communications including security alerts, policy updates, and support responses
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve functionality and user experience
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your business data (customer records, job files, financial records) for any purpose other than operating the Service on your behalf.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers

We work with third-party vendors who provide infrastructure, analytics, communication, and other services necessary to operate Valor. These vendors access information only as needed to perform their services and are contractually required to protect it.

Third-party integrations that may process your data include:

• HubSpot (CRM synchronization, lead management)
• Google (Maps, location services, Drive document storage, Firebase Cloud Messaging for app notifications)
• Apple (Apple Push Notification service for app notifications)
• Cloud hosting and database providers

Within Your Organization

User information and business data is visible to other members of your organization as permitted by the role and permission settings configured by your administrator.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Valverax, our users, or the public.

Business Transfers

If Valverax is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected users before information is subject to a different privacy policy.

5. SMS and Text Messaging

Valverax may operate SMS messaging programs for service notifications and updates. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from us at the number provided.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel with a legitimate need to access it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we take the protection of your information seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have reason to believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding the personal information we hold about you, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the form in Section 10.

For business data your organization has entered into Valor, your organization's administrator is responsible for managing and controlling that data within the Service.

Deleting Your Valor Account and Data

To ask us to delete your Valor account and the personal information tied to it, including from the Valor apps for iPhone and Android:

• Send a request through the Valor support form, from the email address on your Valor account, saying that you want your Valor account deleted.
• We reply to that email address to confirm the request comes from you.
• Within 30 days of confirming, we delete your Valor sign-in and user account, your profile details (name, email address and phone number), and the push notification registrations of your devices.

Business records you entered for your organization (customers, deals, jobs, messages, and the photos and designs you added) belong to your organization and stay with it; ask your organization's administrator to remove them. We may keep information we are legally required to keep, and copies in backups are overwritten on our normal backup schedule. Signing out of the app removes your session from the phone, and uninstalling the app removes its working copy of photos and designs.

8. Children's Privacy

Valor is a business platform intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
