Valverax LLC ("Valverax," "we," "us," or "our") operates Valor, a business operations platform designed for home improvement and construction contractors. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you access or use Valor and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
When you or your organization registers for Valor or is invited to use the Service, we collect information including your name, email address, phone number, job title, and organizational affiliation. Administrators may also provide billing contact information.
In the course of using Valor, you and your team will enter business records including customer names and contact information, property addresses, job details, proposals, invoices, payment records, and notes. This data is owned by your organization and is processed by us solely to provide the Service to you.
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, features used, and timestamps. This information helps us monitor performance, diagnose issues, and improve the Service.
If you contact us by email, phone, or through the Service, we retain records of those communications to respond to your requests and improve our support.

Valverax may operate SMS messaging programs for service notifications and updates. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from us at the number provided.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel with a legitimate need to access it.

For business data your organization has entered into Valor, your organization's administrator is responsible for managing and controlling that data within the Service.
Valor is a business platform intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
